Propper Velket* Tourniquet

Induces venous or arterial constriction for maximum ease in drawing blood. Made of flexible rubber band that is easily applied to any limb. Eliminates rubber tube "pinch" and danger of ecchymosis due to extravasation. Tourniquet features a Velcro* fastener that holds firmly and securely at any desired degree of tension. A single tug removes the tourniquet from the patient. Packaged in a plastic box with illustrations.
