We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Cenmed Enterprises. Most unused, unopened merchandise or any defective merchandise may be returned for credit within 15 days of purchase. Please note that there are items that may not be returned under any circumstances; some of these items include hazardous merchandise, certain consumables, flammable items, and non-returnable items. Cenmed reserves the right to designate an item as a non-returnable item. For all returnable items, please email us at info@cenmed.com or call us at 1-732-238-1460 to obtain a return authorization number. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

SHIPPING FEES

Currently we are running a promotion that waives shipping and handling fees, for total purchases over $500.00. All OTHER orders incur a $7.95 or a 7% shipping charge (whichever is higher) up to a total amount of $499.99.

In order to provide you with the highest level of credit card security we personally process the credit card transactions.

ITEMS REQUIRING A PRESCRIPTION

Some of the items we sell are marked "Prescription Required", because their sale is restricted, by Federal (USA) law, to sale by or on the order of a physician. If you are reordering a prescription item and we already have a current prescription on file, we will ship your order without delay. We will contact you if we need any additional documentation. If you are ordering a prescription item for the first time, or if we do not have a current prescription on file for the item you are ordering, we will need one before we can ship the item. The prescription can be faxed to us anytime at 1-732-238-1460. Or, if you would prefer, we can contact your physician to obtain the proper prescription. Just e-mail us his/her phone number with area code and we will take care of the rest. If you are in a hurry to receive your supplies, it might be speed up the process if you call your physicians office to ask for their prompt attention to our request for a prescription. Prescriptions can also be mailed to us at the address below.
