SHIPPING FEES

Currently we are running a promotion that waives shipping and handling fees, for total purchases over $250.00. All OTHER orders incur a $7.95 or a 7% shipping charge (whichever is higher).

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Cenmed Enterprises. Most unused, unopened merchandise or any defective merchandise may be returned for credit within 15 days of purchase. Please note that there are items that may not be returned under any circumstances; some of these items include hazardous merchandise, certain consumables, flammable items, and non-returnable items. Cenmed reserves the right to designate an item as a non-returnable item. For all returnable items, please email us at info@cenmed.com or call us at 1-732-447-1100 to obtain a return authorization number. Be sure to write this number on all shipping labels and correspondence about this shipment. Do not write on cartons. Returns made without a Return Authorization Number will be returned collect to the sender. Ship to your customer-assigned warehouse or the manufacturer for direct-ship products, being careful to address the shipment to the street address. Shippers will not deliver to Post Office Box numbers. 


Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
